Reflection after Inception

I've heard so many feedbacks on the movie and thus I was prepared for the ultimate complexity. For the first time, I was focus for the entire two ++ hours. I realized as I grow that I have rather short attention span. I can focus and listen to you without missing a word for the first 20 to 25 minutes. After that, you will appear to be babbling. Well, I guess I just want to be ready for the discussion on Monday over lunch with my fellow lab colleagues :)

It's a good movie, with awesome graphics, very creative plot and good sound effects. There is certainly a disappointment, or should I say suspense as it has such an open ending. If you ask me, I would say he's still in his dream; and its just the way i would interpret it. It was better than I've expected. It's definitely is a two thumbs up!

By the way, Im proud that Leonardo has changed from a kiddo to a grown matured man. He has transformed from a 'You jump, I jump' to 'No I wont jump'. Believe me, I chuckled loudly during that part of the movie, rather embarrassing :P

Some good latte to help me focus better before the movie :)

of Jameson Whiskey and London Baby

As much as I tried to work hard, I traveled hard as well. Due to financial constrain, I gave up on visiting Rome and Ancona but I'm sure opportunities will come by again. My thoughtful boyfriend did mentioned about sponsoring my trip but trips are different without him. When the opportunity comes, I'll discover the Vatican city, Colosseum, and the beautiful beach of Ancona with him, my signore :)

I am absolutely bad with alcohol, within 5 minutes and you'll see my face flushing red with the AJ (Alcohol Jacket). It did when I visited the Jameson Whiskey distillery and got my diploma in whiskey tasting. Jameson is much smoother than scotch and american whiskey. The difference will be the American whiskey, ie. JD, only distilled once; the scotch, twice while Jameson, trice.

That was a Sunday. On the following Thursday, I flew off to London and the trip was fabulous! I was flying with Ryannair and so I had to travel very light and I'm proud with the fact that I fit everything in just one backpack. We visited a bunch of boring museums, major sight seeing places like Marble Arch, Big Ben, House of Parliament, Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Tower of London, London eye, Shakespeare Globe, Tate Museum, London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace,Camden Market and Oxford st for more shopping. I went to the ICE BAR and watch the "Sister Act" musical as well. The underground seems very confusing at first, after a while its just really straight forward and convenient to get around on it.

Burrrr............

Now, my wallet is officially bleeding, with cash flowing out like blood gushing out. I'm still looking forward towards Dublin and Giant Causeway in Northern Ireland. Queen Elizabeth, you should thank me, i'm that person that keep your country's economy going.

Later :)

That moment of time

Was indeed very relaxing, the most wonderful time I’ve ever had.

Have you ever felt as if your car was moving when the other cars passed by?

I felt the same way today except: I wasn’t in the car; I was lying down on the floor at gym after a long intensive workout, looking up at the blue cloudy sky through the glass ceiling. I thought for a second that I was flying when the strong wind blew away those clouds; I knew immediately that it was an illusion but I insist of living the illusion for longer. Although that was just a short 5 minutes; it was just me and the clouds with Elton John’s ‘Tiny Dancers’ playing as background. I felt light, relaxed and ZEN.

I love that feeling.

It is different from the exciting, heart throbbing lustful nights. It is also different feelings than falling in love. I can’t describe it. You’ve got to feel it.

It’s perfect.
